Being a Leader is hard

It is hard to be a leader. You appoint people to do things that you feel can handle them but it still all comes back to you. Be it a Church Pastor who has youth leaders and children church leaders it is still your responsibility to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes you find out you may not have the best person in the best job or you didn't give them the right tools for that job. Sometimes you put your trust in the wrong person and alienate everyone for the sake of someone whom does not deserve it due to personal reasons. In Leadership sometimes you have to step back from personal relationships and look at the big picture in the name of leading the group for the greater good of the group.
