Success is not How much money you make or what job title you have, its when at the end of the day you have given it your all and you have done it with integrity and your character is still as strong as the day before. I borrowed this line from a friend but believe in it. One thing heavy on my mind today is respect for others. People are not put on this earth for you to see what you can get out of them or how they can benifit you. You can not gain respect from people by being a taker.
