Ok time to get back at a plan.

I have been unmotivated in running lately. I have been enjoying lifting more. I am formulating a plan of runs I would like to do. Vulcan 10k and Magic city half in November, Red Shoes in January and Mercedes 1/2 in February. Not an aggressive schedule but one I will have to work to get to by November. Time to get it in gear. I need that carrot or plan to give me a purpose to train. We will see if I will plan the work and work the plan.

Busy week

Today is Ally's 14th birthday. I am so proud of the young lady she has become. She has had a rough year and kept her head up and remained positive. She is an inspiration to me!!

Avengers age of Ultron

Really enjoyed the movie last night. It was nice to see a company that seem to care about its customers as well as its employees. MSN had an article that said the movie was not as good as the first one. I disagree I enjoyed the story line and the new aspects we learned.

Welcome back humidity and high dew points.

This morning I was very unmotivated.  As I ran and looked at the very very very did I say very slow pace I got discouraged. I had to remind myself why I do this. It is to clear my head,enjoy my me time, contemplate things, and buy my self a few calories to eat lol. So every run is a good run so I am gonna keep on trudging forward.
